Each time a message is deleted or edited or such, logs are stored in a Discord channel in Ghost Express’ Discord Server.

Information from Application / Interview

Each time an interview, ticket, or application is created, information about the staff member and driver are stored in several discord channels.

• Member Data: Username, Message Content, Message Timestamp
• Staff Data: Username, Message Content, Message Timestamp

How long do we store this data?

This data is stored indefinitely as this is critical data needed to run and manage our VTC. In case the moderator deletes his/her account, the related user data of the moderator is anonymized.

Information from Driver

Each driver in Ghost Express has his/hers Discord and Steam account information stored:

• Username
• SteamID64
• DiscordID

Jobs

By logging jobs for Ghost Express, you agree to Trucksbook Terms of Service, as well as Pickup’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Children Under Thirteen

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Ghost Express does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
